Barbie CAN BE Spicy!

I wanted to make a splash with my new digital marketing venture, The Head Barman, and this cocktail fits the bill. A sweet and spicy margarita with an unbelievable color and amazing flavor.

Cazadores was the logical tequila for the cocktail with its hint of vanilla that ties so well with the blueberry and orange flavors. The usual choice for most margaritas would be triple sec but Golden Moon's Dry Curacao was the perfect fit with just the right amount of orange flavor and dry finish complements the other flavors and does not take away from them either.

Once the cocktail was finalized and the color came out, my wife and I knew we had to pair it up with Barbie mania with the new movie just out. I think it pairs well with the story too as a sweet but look out for Barbie's spicy side.

The blueberry salt was a new and fun experience and turned out so well. I will have another post with the blueberry simple syrup and blueberry salt process and recipes. Stay Tuned!
