Cinnamon Vanilla Simple Syrup Top with Hot Water Garnish with Lemon Wheel with Cloves Cinnamon Simple 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 4 cinnamon sticks 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract The Cinnamon Vanilla Simple complements the bright ruby notes of the Angels Envy and has a great sweetness that is balanced with the lemon. Found a great recipe in a book by Andrew Schloss and used Paddy’s Irish Whiskey. Send me a message if you want the link to the book! . 1.5 oz. Homemade Irish Cream 1.5 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps Top with Chocolate Milk Butterscotch Chip & Butterfinger Rim . Very simple recipe and making your own Irish Cream takes some time but is also fun and you get a sense of accomplishment! I melted Butterscotch Chips and crushed up a Butterfinger for the rim. I used Nesquick as well but you can use any Chocolate Milk. . MY Aperol Spritz 🍹 Don’t get me wrong, I love an Aperol Spritz as it is. It’s actually my new favorite brunch cocktail (Sorry Bloody Mary’s). But I came home one day and was craving one but also wanted something a little stronger, hence this recipe was born. 1 oz. Woody Creek Vodka 2.5 oz. Aperol 0.5 oz. Mathilde Peach Liqueur 3 dashes Orange Bitters 3 oz. Prosecco Top with Soda Orange Wheel Packs just a little extra punch with the extremely tasty peach liqueur and a “splash” of vodka but stays true to the flavor of a traditional Aperol Spritz with just a little more sweetness and balance. Man-go with the Flow 🥭 When I say this might be the best cocktail I’ve made so far, I really mean it. The balance of flavors along with them bringing out the flavor of each makes this delicious and really wanting to drink about 5 of them. In the Raw sent me this Hot Jalapeño Agave and it gives just enough spice in the base cocktail, the soda, and the rim and really gives a nice heat throughout the cocktail. The herbaceous soda gives a vegetal and body to the cocktail to make it perfect. It is a little time consuming but man is it worth it. 1.5 oz. Milagro Blanco Tequila 0.75 oz. Lime Juice 0.5 oz. Triple Sec 2 Bar spoons Hot Jalapeño Agave In The Raw Fill with Trader Joe’s Mango Juice Float of Homemade Cilantro-Jalapeño-Lime-Vanilla Soda Agave & Tajin Rim Homemade Cilantro-Jalapeño-Lime-Vanilla Soda 10-12 Cilantro Stems & Leaves 1 Jalapeno- Seeded & Stemmed 2.5 oz. Lime Juice 1/2 tablespoon Vanilla Paste (Trader Joe’s) 1 bar spoon Hot Jalapeno Agave In The Raw Blend all ingredients, strain and carbonate with SodaStream Thank you Agave In The Raw and I will definitely be using this in some new cocktails to come. Thyme Square 🕰️ The inspiration for this cocktail was to do a play on one of my grandfather’s favorite cocktails, the Manhattan. So I thought I’d name it after the iconic Time Square in downtown NY. I took this variation on a herbal route for the cocktail and wanted to really brighten up the flavors. The Thyme syrup is made with @barrhillgin raw honey and really ties all the flavors of the cocktail together. 2 oz. @woodycreekdistillers Rye Whiskey 0.75 oz.
